Something isn’t working

Tell us what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps enormously. Include your iPhone model and iOS version if you know them — and never include passwords or codes; we will never ask for them.

Billing & refunds

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellations happen in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → L’Aube, and refunds go through Apple’s refund page. If the app let you down, tell us as well — we’d rather make it right.

Delete your account & data

In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, journal entries, photos, memories, and history.

Lost access to the app? Email hello@laubeparis.com with the subject “Account deletion request” from your account email. We verify it’s you, delete everything, and confirm in writing — within 30 days, usually within days.

Deletion is irreversible; your journal cannot be recovered afterward. Cancel your subscription separately in App Store settings — deleting the account does not stop Apple’s billing.
