Questions people ask before subscribing

What happens after the 100-day arc?

Your year keeps going. After the first hundred authored days, L’Aube increasingly writes from what your journal has taught it — seasons returning, neighborhoods you haven’t met, anniversaries of small wins. The annual plan exists because the product is a year.

Can I gift L’Aube to a parent?

Yes — and you wouldn’t be the first; L’Aube began as exactly that gift. The simplest way today is an App Store gift card plus a morning of setting it up together over coffee. A proper gifting flow is on our list; tell us at hello@laubeparis.com if it matters to you.

Do I need to be in Paris already?

No. Plenty of the year works beautifully as rehearsal — Antoine’s counsel, the French phrases, the trails you’ll walk later. The daily quests come alive fully once you have a Paris address to anchor them.

Is there a family or couples plan?

Not yet. Each account is deeply personal — one journal, one memory, one voice — so sharing an account genuinely doesn’t work well. If you’re moving as a couple, two accounts each get their own year.

When is Android coming?

It’s in active development. Write “Android” to hello@laubeparis.com and you’ll hear the day it ships.
